Original Artwork and Giclee Prints I have a few Lochrie items available for sale. At this time I have only two original paintings available. I also have some Giclee prints of a few others that we own. Giclee prints are archival quality prints that are hard to tell apart from an original. The image quality and stability of Giclee pigment printing is superior to that of any other method of printing, including traditional silver-halide or metal-based and is commonly found in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries. Madonna (Agat) ~ Flathead Nation This pastel painting has been in our family since I was a child. We always referred to it as the “Madonna,” but her real name was “Agat” and she was of the Flathead Nation of Western Montana. Painted in 1934, the same year the Flatheads were the first to organize a tribal government under the Indian Reorganization Act, This is an extraordinary piece, pastel on Linen it is 18” x 14” and the image area is 10.5” x 8” This piece is available as a museum quality Giclee print on a linen look canvas surface at the full size mounted on ¾” stretcher bars and ready for framing if you choose to do so. Giclee Print $200.00 Mary Fish Wolf Pack ~ Cree/Blackfoot This is another wonderful, small portrait of a young woman of the Cree/Blackfoot tribe named “Marie Fish Wolf” Age “about 22” married to “Ruban Many Hides ,” she had 3 little girls as described by Elizabeth and was quite the cowgirl type. Oil on panel 12” x 9” Signed upper right with her tipi signature c1940s This piece is available as a museum quality Giclee print on a canvas at full size mounted on ¾” stretcher bars and is ready for framing if you choose too. Giclee Print $175.00 Deer in Gallatin Canyon, Montana Oil on canvas panel 11”x14” in original wood frame Signed lower left 1958 This piece is the original oil on canvas panel with the included, original wood frame and is ready to hang. This was a present to me by Elizabeth when I was 13 years old because I loved deer. There is also an inscription on the back: “My love to Robert on his 13th birthday, Gram” Original Oil on canvas panel $1600.00 Upper Saint Mary Glacier Oil on panel 11”x14” image size in original wood frame Signed lower left 1946 This is the original oil on panel with the included original wood frame and is ready to hang.
